Q: Do you sell magic mushrooms?
A: No. We do not sell, cultivate or make magic mushrooms. The sales of psilocybe mushrooms is prohibited in the Netherlands since 2008.
Q: Are mushroom spores legal in my country ?
A: Most countries do not prohibit mushroom spores, even of the psilocybe strains, when the spores used for taxonomy, mycology or determination. Notice that the fruits of some spore strains are prohibited in most countries. Do not intent to grow them if illegal in your country.
Information of laws and restrictions can not de given by any person representing the Magic Spores Shop, so please do not ask us about it. We simply can not read all international laws and the changing policies around the world. If you order than you should be aware of the legal status of the products you order. Full legal responsibility is yours.
Q: Are all of your products legal in my country?
A: We do not know which products are legal in other countries than the Netherlands. Make sure you find out before you place an order on our website. Orders that have been confiscated by customs will not be refunded.
Q: How old do I have to be to order?
You have to be 18 years or older to order products from the webshop
Q: From which payment methods can I choose?
A: Currently you can choose from:
International Bank transfer.
Cash (send in envelop)When you have placed an order and have chosen your payment method, you will receive a detailed confirmation email with further instructions on how to proceed with the payment. Click here for more information about the payment methods.
Q: Can I pay by Credit Card ?
A: No. We can not accept credit card payments at the moment. We are open to suggestions on different methods of payment.

Q: Can I pay my order by sending you cash in an envelope?
A: Yes, this is possible. Always send the envelop registered and include a order number. This will give a guarantee to you and us that the envelope arrives.

Q: I would like to visit your shop in Amsterdam. Where can I find you?
A: We do not have a shop you can visit. We are an Online Shop only, that's open 24/7. All our products can be ordered online and shipped world wide. Do you live in the neighborhood than it is possible to drop-by and pick up your order. Give us a call first and we make sure that your order is packed and ready for you.
Most questions about the shipment of your package, delivery times and cost will be answered on the Shipping information page, have a look.
Q: Do you ship mushrooms spores to other countries?
A: Yes, we can ship spores to most countries in the world. Though, not all products on our website can be shipped to every country. Please make sure that you only order spores when you are absolutely sure that you can legally posses them in your country.
We have selected some products and made shipping restrictions for them, because of know legal or shipping issues. Restrictions can be viewed, by clicking on a product and scrolling down to see the additional information. This is not open to dispute if it's on the restriction list we do not ship there. Questions if we can make an exception will not be answered. The restriction list is not complete countries can be added and remove from it.
Q: Which shipment methods do you offer?
A: Currently we offer two shipment methods.
UPS (Express Saver / Standard)
Postnl (Package/ normal mail)
Registered Mail (on request only)
Q: How long will it take before I will receive my order?
A: When your payment is completed and the transfer is on our account we will send your order within two business days if the product is in stock. When you place an order, and choose a shipping method, you can see what the indicative delivery time will be of the shipment. In most cases delivery time is between 1-5 working days.
In rare cases it might occur that we do not have the product(s) in stock. When this is the case we will send you an email on when you can expect your order to be shipped. This will never be more than 2-3 weeks after you have placed the order. If it will take longer you can choose a replacement product, refund your payment or just wait a bit more ;)
Q: My order can not be delivered, what should I do?
A: If you are not at home when your order is out for delivery or whatever reason you are not available to receive your package.( Hell, most of us work during the day! Why deliver during working hours!?) It is possible for you to contact the delivery company, with your tracking code, and make a delivery appointment or even change the delivery address.
Your package will be offered to your address three (3) times. Please check your email for any messages from the shipping company regarding the delivery. If you added a phone number they can and will call you if needed. After this the package returns to us (at very high cost)
In some cases the courier will leave your package at a Pick-up point or you neighbours. They should leave a message about this at your door and it is always available on your personal tracking page.
Q: Are mushrooms spores dangerous?
A: No, all mushroom spores in our shop are safe to use and research. There are no health and safety issues know around these mushroom spores.
Q: Are magic mushrooms dangerous?
A: We do not encourage the consumption of magic mushrooms. When you do make sure to prepare your self metally and phycically to the journey to come. Read more about responsible use
